Restriction being that it has to share some kind of resources, whether it's game sprites, GUI set, backgrounds or the like. Personal sites and LSF threads are O-K! Japanese search sites are ok too.
Ifff you don't have any kind of banner, that's fine too (but you know the post would be more invisible, so might as well make one..). Please provide the banner at 200 x 40 px in size. I will be hotlinking it so please be careful not to accidentally delete it from your hosting site!
